1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2013 No. 94-V "On Personal Data and Their Protection". 1.2. The aiTeacher.kz platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") values the private life of Users and adheres to the principle of data minimization: we collect only the amount of information that is technically necessary for the provision of services. 1.3. Use of the Platform constitutes unconditional consent of the User to the terms of this Policy.
2. LIST OF COLLECTED DATA
The Operator limits data collection to the following list: User Data (Teacher): Email address (e-mail) — used for authorization, protecting the balance of Credits. Content (Student Data): Content of text files and graphic images (scans) voluntarily uploaded by the User for analysis by artificial intelligence. Payment Information: Payment data is processed on the side of a secure payment gateway. The Operator does not store User bank card data.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
Data is processed solely for: User identification and providing access to the Personal Account. Technical processing of requests by the AI module (work checking, analytics). Keeping records of purchased and used Credits. Sending responses to support requests.
4. USER RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
4.1. The User guarantees that when uploading student work, they have obtained appropriate consent from their legal representatives (parents) or data is uploaded in depersonalized form (without surnames). 4.2. The User has the right at any time to request the deletion of their account and associated data.
5. DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE AND PROTECTION
5.1. Storage: Personal data is stored on servers physically located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (according to Art. 12 of the Law of the RK "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). 5.2. Artificial Intelligence: Uploaded materials are used only for immediate analysis and issuing results to the User. We do not transfer this data to public cloud storage for training global neural networks. 5.3. Confidentiality: The Operator does not transfer data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the Criminal Procedure Code of the RK.
6. DATA RETENTION PERIODS
6.1. User e-mail is stored until the account is deleted. 6.2. AI analysis results and uploaded scans may be stored in the "History" of the personal account for the convenience of the User, but are deleted immediately upon their request or upon account deletion.
7. POLICY AMENDMENTS
7.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to the Policy. The new version becomes effective from the moment it is posted on the Platform. 7.2. The current version is always available at: aiTeacher.kz/privacy.
